Just ordered DirecTv

I just ordered DirecTv and I guess we have to wait 72 hours before we can schedule the installation. Does anyone know if we can find someone local to install or are we needing to go directly through Directv (online) where we placed the order? We were already assigned an account number and paid no deposit for our account.

Any help is appreciated. Just eager to get the service started.

You may be able to get a faster install through a local independent company. Make sure to call Directv and cancel that appointment if you do.

Thanks for the reply. How would I go about finding a local independent company? All I am finding is local dishnetwork dealers.
