Friends have told me that years back (when it was actually Directv employees) that everything was free.
The feeds on the Masters app are outstanding. This is very much a "your mileage will vary" as there is no "CBS feed" of the Masters, only their feed of your local CBS station. Some people will experience better quality than others depending on how many subchannels their CBS station has (and if they are cutting their bandwidth or eliminating some of them entirely during the Masters broadcast to give it better quality) and how their feed is delivered to Directv.
