Just got my CM4228 and tripod : )

Please forgive my stupid question.....the Coax part/connector with the 2 lead wires and a boot....where do I hook that onto the antenna?

I figured I can probably just place it about anywhere as long as it is secure and get reception, but I like to be sure even if it makes me look dumb lol.

Also, someone stated that I don't have to worry about grounding if it is in my attic on a tripod? Just like to verify that too since all of the instructions tell me how I can get killed in large red letters....and that usually gets my attention lol.

Did you bother to read the directions that came with the Antenna?

Believe it or not, that sheet was not included in the box and it doesn't show that particular page in any of the sheets that DID come with it lol. Oh well, thanks much for the link!
