Just got 921, no download?

Just a got a 921 and have it hooked up to a DP34 switch with 119, 100 and 61.5. The Check switch correctly identifies this for both tuners. Software version is 150. Let it sit off overnight assuming it would get the latest software. Nope, still 150 this morning. In the menus I can't find the usual "download updates without asking" setting.

Any ideas?

Pull the power plug for a couple of minutes.

Let it reboot and hopefully download will start.

If it doesn't, you will have to make the dreaded Dish Tech Support call.

If the reboot doesn't work, you might want to try bypassing the switch (hook both tuners directly to 119).
