Just throwing in my hat to agree that if a provider wont give you what you want dont waste your time fighting them. Switch to another that will and let the lost revenue do the fighting for you.
In the past I was looking at HD only packages as a way to cut costs. But now they will have to show me that these kinds of things wont be pulled in the future before I do.
