Joey breakup

I searched on here but did not find an answer to my specific issue. Recently, in the last 3-4 days my joeys picture has started to breakup and become unwatchable--I can go into the other room and turn on the HWS to the same channel and the picture is good--no breakups. The happens on any channel I try. Is this an issue with the internet connection or a ethernet or wireless issue. I have a wireless router and all worked great until recently and I have connection through the Ethernet Top but I'm not sure what I need to do. I reset the network but the breakups still happens. Also with the hardwired Ethetnet why is the wireless also on? Did I turn it on and didn't know it. Can it be turned off?
The joey is on software version S366 and HWS is S342.
Any help will be appreciated.

Is your Joey set up wirelessly? Or is it connected via coax?

Enter the wrong password in the wireless setup and fail the wifi test. Other people have reported this same pixelation issue on joeys only. It's a known issue and have DIRT send a report for you.
