I didn't either and I remember him mostly telling stories of his pal Yogi and doing analysis on TV and the Today Show, right?

Oh yes. He had great stories. I listened to him do games on NBC when I was a kid.

I remember him as a great guy calling the game, I never saw him play, nor do I remember him on the Today Show.
