Thats pretty sick. It got darker here (Albuquerque) than I thought it would, but it didn't get very dark during the one back in October either (and we were right under it!)

Here it was just like someone flipped a switch,when it went total it went pitch black.

Was a rain out for those in my area. Seems like every time we have a solar or lunar event it rains or cloud cover is so thick you can't view it.

I went to Findlay Ohio. I’d say it was more dusk than dark. But still super cool and much better weather than one could hope for in early April. I saw the one in 2017 too.

In February 1979, I happened to be working in Winnipeg, Manitoba when a total eclipse passed by. Talk about being lucky. I borrowed the portable TV from my motel room and hooked it up in the radio site where I was working to monitor coverage. I was in a remote area so absolutely no other people (noise!) were around. Outside when the full eclipse happened, it got quite dark, birds chirping went silent, the breeze picked up. I saw the dark band race across the landscape. I saw the whole meal deal with the diamond ring effect. No special glasses but I kept making quick glances up and even took a couple photos. The experience is quite different from a partial eclipse. I would travel if possible to experience another total eclipse.

I travelled last week to the Adirondacks and in 2017 to TN. Great experience both times!
