Is there a lag with the hoppers downloading software on initial setup?

The one right out of the box took closer to 30 min then I rebooted, then hooked up another, I am still waiting to see how long its going to take

The intial firmware is iffy. Mine was left to download for over a hour with no progress. Then it was unplugged, plugged back in and finished the upgrade in 20 minutes. Seems to be typical on most Hopper installs.

I'm working on my second round of Software updates, what says 20 min is near 45 min now, I want to get those download done so I'm not waiting on them at the customers. Anyone else have these updates take this long, I see Firmware versionis 0054

ok after an 1hr 15 min I hit the reset button I'm 15 min into another round of hoping it will download the required updates
Any tips?
