I just got VOOM this morning. Had a 61.5 dish and dp34 switch installed.
It took about 5 minutes to get the VOOM channels up and running, However, when I press on say the RAVE channel a screen comes up and says "this PPV channel is currently not available" ...blah blah blah. When I hit the down button I go immeadiatly to the HD PPV channnel. However when I hit the up button I go the the RAVE channel. Does not make a differance which VOOM channel I am trying to access the same thing happens.
The only way I can get the VOOM channels is to hit the up button and scroll up and down thru the channels starting with the RAVE channel. I can not go directly to the channel I want and I can not use the guide to go to the channel where I want. Is this how VOOM is currently working?
