Is Something Wrong With My Receiver?

I have an Ultrasat and having some problems.

This is what I'm doing:

1. On the main menue

2. Put in default password

3. Hilight Motorized setting

4. TV goes blank for few seconds

5. Get screen saying no channels

When I follow this procedure going to Dish settings I get
the same result.

Unplug the co-ax from the receiver, see if you can get into the menus again
