Hi,

I have 4 receivers from DTV at home. My niece recently came from Cuba and she told me that must of the dishes that they have there (illegal for the cuban goverment) are paid from people here in the United State. If i have DTV at home, can I take one of the receivers that I am paying and send it to Cuba? Are they able to trace the receiver?
If for some reason they found out... i have benn thinking that i can say them that that receiver was stolen from my house months ago. Nobody can say it is a lie.
Can somebody help me please, i really need opinions, experieces, whatever you can write.... Thanks

Not mention sending anything from the USA to Cuba like that would almost surely violate the Federal embargo right? And I bet that is REAL BAD news if you get caught. Why risk it?

Yes this will work.
Yes the receiver can be traced back to you.
==If you say it was stolen and quite a bit of time has passed then the alibi will not ring true (since it isn't.)
Yes it is illegal both here and in Cuba to send satellite receivers.
Yes it is account stacking and not something which is also illegal.

And yes this thread is against the TOS of satelliteguys soooo...
Sorry, but I have to close the thread.
