This is a circular argumentThe content your aloud to watch though is another story.
It has been explained on how to get the content in question. Some just do not agree with that reasoning because of price, and that is fine:up

Wonder if they got up with E* to play the same jokeIts just D* playing an April fools joke. You'll get some more HD Soon.
Neither should count in the National HD count IMHO.

The Joke will be on E*.Wonder if they got up with E* to play the same joke
And? Does the price one pays make a difference in who can get it and where?Whats the price to watch every MLB,NBA,and NHL game on STO in HD , when I live in NY DMA? $700 $800???
I can watch Every Movie in HD on HBO, HBO West,HBO2, HBO Signature,HBO ZONE, HBO Family,HBO Comedy For as Little as $120 per Year. 24/7 no paid programming.
Yeah, I honestly still think they may do it a little later, but if not, bad E*!!!The Joke will be on E*.
I hope Satellite Guys/ Multi Channel News will be all over this if they don't launch.
I would love a universal count that all providers stuck to in their advertising. It just goes back to trying to pull one over on the consumer by playing with the numbers. No one believes a HD demo channel or HD PPV should count. I take that back some I guess do.i'll allow it. But why are we, as consumers, arguing about channel count? especially to the point where we make up our own rules as what counts and what doesn't. shouldn't the providers be trying to convince US who has the bigger count? instead it turns into "E* has X HD channels if you count premiums" "well i like sports more so i'm counting RSNs that i don't even watch"
Sure. Maybe a guy from NY can't afford to see his Favorite STO games in HD.And? Does the price one pays make a difference in who can get it and where?
.
Sure. Maybe a guy from NY can't afford to see his Favorite STO games in HD. But instead D* waves around this Useless RSN sports pack, claimming so much HD sports, When thats completely false.
Yeah, sorry. I forgot what thread we were in.but back on the topic of G4......Olivia Munn says "Hi"
Yes It does change where its available.Does it change where it is available? You did not answer that part.
Why is it silly. Regional only refers to the region of focus, not the region of availability. Pay extra in LA to watch NESN and you can.that's a silly argument. they're called "regional" for a reason, for the most part only the people in a region care about them. Premium channels are something people like all over. but really it's just arguing semantics
We already addressed that. Price is not the determining factor, coverage is. To be considered national the only thing that matters is were it is available. If it is available anywhere in the nation, then it is national. Because one has to pay extra does not change that criteria. One has to pay extra for HBO, should that not count either? How much?

What does that have to do with coverage? "National" refers to coverage, not price.Whats the price to watch every MLB,NBA,and NHL game on STO in HD , when I live in NY DMA? $700 $800???
