International Channels

I'm currently have a AU9 Slimline 5-LNB dish with all the HD channels....I want to add the International Channels package (Mandarin Channels). Do I need another Dish? I have heard that you need the 95 satellite in order to receive these channels.

Is this true? Are the Chinese (mandarin channels) also on the 5LNB (99,101,103,110,119?)

How would I hook both dishes up?

Yes, you need a special dish/lnb that points to the 95 orbital position. You'll also need a WB68 multiswitch that allows for the current dish and the new dish to be connected together. You might want to call DirecTV and find out if they'll install all this for free if you add the international programming.

Those mandarin stations on Direct TV are a bunch of crap. It only has a bunch of news channels. Go get Dish with better shows.
