This satellite, at least at this QTH has one program, RASD-TV, 11608/H/1851 from Western Sahara.

See scan done this morning. Note that there is always a hot transponder on 11453/v/2314 with no ITC channel.

You need a Universal LNB for this satellite.

Also had China Radio International the last time I checked. It's a really skinny transponder and tends to not get found on blind scans, but you can look it up on LyngSat.

Yes, the symbol rate is 990 I think, my Amiko won't accept that low a value.

What size dish are you using for this?

It works on a 90cm for me if my aim is really good. Some receivers may be slow to lock transponders with small symbol rates, requiring manual entry instead of blind scanning.
