Installed new R-15 DVR

During setup I received a message that I could not record 2 shows at the same time since I only have 1 tuner that is active.
I have a Directv Dual LNB (2 connections) satellite antenna. I installed a 3 x 4 multiswitch. Ran 1 wire to a Directv Receiver and 2 wires to the R15 DVR. Everything works fine just curious as to why that message came out. Maybe my antenna is undersized. Needs more LNB's, possibly the OD 1820-BX satellite dish. Appreciate hearing from you all.

This message usually occurs because of one of the following:
1) Bad connector/cabling
2) Bad Multiswitch
3) Bad LNB
4) You powered up the receiver before all sat cables were connected (to fix this, reboot the receiver and do a forced software download)
