Installation For Entire Apartment Building

I was wondering if anyone knows what the cost is or what kind of deals Directv has going to install the dish and equipment to the central cable room where cable TV comes into an apartment building I manage. I got one proposal from a guy that was $4,000. for 26 units. Don't they have some deal on the installation knowing I have at least 20 new customers that will sign up with Directv service after it is installed? Help.
