Not only is the TS pointing at the wrong azimuth, but the elevation and possibly even the skew is off.
The mast MUST be plumb and the elevation and skew should be preset according to dishpointer.com. None of this can be ignored and it shouldn't be treated as a ballpark guesstimate.
If the starting point is as described above, there would be readings on at least two satellites. As such, I'd have to guess that the skew is not correct or the mast is nowhere near plumb.
