you can request for a late pm service. from 4 to 6 dtv does not offer it but they will put it down in the notes. and when the tech gets the email he will know to come after 4. your welcome

No offense but that rarely works. And the tech is not bound by that.. if it is a 12-4 appointment, I don't know of many techs that will wait a few hours for someone to get home, unless he happens to be running late and rolling that job last isnt going to send him way out of his way. If you cant make the 8-12 12-4 on that day, D* does operate 7 days a week, so a weekend or day off may be better suited. Most areas, if not all, have stopped the 4-8pm service window for this time of the year.
