install trouble

I have just installed a triple lnb oval dish with 4 outputs and connected to a terk 5X8 switch during signal testing i receive good signal on 101 and 110 satelites but receive only even transponders on 119 (sat b) then after signal test it goes into system check and sat a and C pass but sat b fails. any suggestions, i suspect i have incorrectly connected the 4 inputs to the switch but cant verify as it had no diagrams with it. do the 4 outputs from dish need to be put in specific order on switch?

I had a similar problem...

lost signal to even # transponders. Problem ended up being moisture in the LNB. Could also be moisture in a connection I believe. Have all external connections been sealed?
