Improve TV2 Quality on 622

I recently got a 622 installed and am noticing a decrease in picture quality on my TV2 output. Any ideas on how to correct this?

If you not using it already change channel output on TV 2 to ch 21

Sometimes, it doesn't matter.
On a recent install, TV2, only on certain channels was a bit snowy, tried ch 60 all the way down to 22. We set 'em at the store to 22 (experience dictates this)
We DO have a local, albeit weak ch 21 in our area.
We set it to ch 21 and the few snowy picture channels ALL cleared up --- go figure!!!
