Very nice!!! Any chance on getting a parts list? I too am wondering about the arc setup. What sats is he getting and what is his true south sat?

He covers the arc between 33 East to 22 West.

He is not selling these parts yet and i don't know if he will as he only made one.

Or if you don't like the T90 check out the picture for another way to go. :D

:haha I've seen that before. Actually that's the kind of thing I'm trying to avoid. If there's any chance of me getting a kitchen pass from the wife for a C-Band dish I need to keep things tidy.

Right now I'm setup with a motorized dish and it's working OK for a single room. But using a motor to switch satellites isn't the most expeditious experience. I admit I'm a channel surfer and like to bounce around during commercials. Plus I'd like to be able to watch FTA in another room without disturbing my primary location. My plan is to get a T90 for 72W to 103W and my 90cm pointed @ 123W with an LNB for 129W and 119W on either side. All LNB's are Sadoun KUL2 standard linear dual output except the circular for 119W. I have all the LNB's, switches and receivers. All I need is the dish.

Looks great, and very professional! From the angle of the pictures, it seems that setup is getting a bit more than the 40 degree arc in the T-90 original specs. Is that so?

I'm looking at 47 degrees right now, from 82 through to 129 west and didn't have a problem doing it. I know I could squeeze in more if I wanted. The potential trouble is that it will squeeze the LNBs you have now closer together when you squeeze in more of the arc. You may have a problem using standard width LNBs depending on what sats you want because of many being 2 degrees apart.

Sounds reasonable regarding the spacing. I've heard that one can squeeze a bit more than 40 degrees from a T-90, and Likvid's pictures show a very professional-looking job :)

This guy obviously enjoys an outrageously high WAF... :D

Any reason for Sadoun not stocking the Wavefrontier anymore? new model coming out?

Yeah Sadoun, how about it? Think of the pentup demand for T90's. Stock this again and it will be flyin off the shelves.

--I tried to order this dish from a place on the 'net, but the supplier never shipped it to the dealer I ordered it from. The guy I ordered this dish for got tired of waiting for it, and after two weeks of waiting I canceled the order. Perhaps there is a problem at Wave Frontier since several dealers aren't able to get them? If Sadoun had one in stock, I would certainly get it from there.

Do you remember who you tried ordering from?

--Hi. Yeah, I do, but I didn't want to post it openly, as I don't know the rule about posting commercial links (that's why I don't). The seller was nice, though, it's just that the person HE gets stuff from didn't deliver. I'll PM you the link.

Sorry guys, we don't carry the T90. The mfg is not responding to our inquiries or orders. Maybe it is not in production anymore.

--Thanks for the info. In the back of my mind I was thinking they might not be making them anymore. Perhaps they will resume manufacturing one day. I can wait.

I tried contacting eyeinthesky about availability of the T90. They have not replied.

Plan B is to either buy a couple of stationary dishes or go with another motorized setup for the second room. I'm not a big fan of motors though.

--I just placed an order with Eye In The Sky Thursday night. Maybe it will get here quickly.

Anyone who wants to build the rail with the LNB holders in the picture above can DIY.

My friend wasn't that as clever as he bought, the hardware is freely available when i searched Ebay in Germany.

You can buy the LNB holders from Ebay.de

VIALUNA ODZ 130 - 2-4 Multifeed 3-30° f 80/90/100/110er bei eBay.de: Sat-Zubehör (endet 08.02.08 23:24:00 MEZ)

It comes in kit of 4 holders.

For the aluminium rail you can just walk into any hardware store or workshop and buy the aluminium rail with whatever length you want and be sure you also buy the corrent dimension of the rail so the LNB holders can slide on to it.
