I think my 510 has Alzheimers!

I have had an ongoing stream of outrageous behaviors from my 510 since I plugged it in for the first time. In an attempt to see if anyone else has had similar problems with their 510, I will list them in the order that they most commonly appear.
1. Audio but no video...black screen with guide info only.
2. Guide info has wrong time/date...Box thinks it's 1/1/04 5am at 6:30pm on 10/28/04
3. Recorded events screen seems to crash the colors go crazy.
4. Error Message Reads- a serious problem w/hard drive has been detected.
5. No locals...sometimes I lose programing of subscribed channels.
Generally a few reboots will fix it but it gets a little annoying after awhile.

Unplug it for a ten count then plug it back in just normal DISH software glitches.

I have a 510 and it does the same thing. Doesn't happen often but when it does it causes a headache. I pull the smart card and reboot that way. Usually fixes on first try.
