I don't know if i-Satellite does DIRECTV, but their DISH Network installs have got to go! Most trouble calls on work that i-Satellite has done is guaranteed a re-install. If anyone is on these forums that installs for i-Satellite take a message to all your people. Especially Washington/Oregon.

every i-Satellite install contains:
barrel at the dish (usually corroded at trouble call)
no seals on any connections
mediocre signal (never above 90)
dish not tightened down, loose bolts
dish mounted anywhere on the roof missing stud
bad install of fittings
sometimes a tap into 59 cable
Usually a problem with TV2
promises to customer you'll be back to bury the cable you hung all over their fence and never coming back, etc....
This is an everyday occurance. Your installs make me puke and I hope everytime I have to climb my ladder or run new cable or re-aim your dish that your money gets yanked back from you.
