As I was watching the HD Dish add.

They show the logos. They include Voom Movies, and Rave.

Is this just an old promo?

I doubt anyone can make a video ad in just a couple of days.

Then why show it at all.....................

They want to promote their other channels, especially if you don't already subscribe to them. Plus, the ad was probably already in the system and didn't have time to take it out or have something suitable to replace it with. Or they may be hoping the whole Voom thing is just a short term deal.
