OP - take my advice in post #10 and Dare2be in post #17. Contact a DIRT member here, they will look beyond just doing a hit and see if there is some other problem.
 
This thread is a running convo regarding the OP "moving" to get different locals which they do not qualify for which is against Dish business policy. I'm not sure DIRT would be able to help with this because its clearly being done to get around the company policy which they are required to follow. That's my 2 cents.

I understand, however you call, you tell them what your address is and it should match what is on his account, and they give you what you should be getting at that address.
