Wrong menu, you're looking in Settings. It's never been in settings. You want what Joe said; Options/Display Format
I looked there on both the Plus and Joey 4's. I love watching old movies, so this is another hit to me.
I dont know how I completely missed your post earlier. My head is just spinning with a serious headache.
It isn't there on the the Joey 4s. When you hit the options button this is the screen that comes up....
I even tried setting the Dimond buttons, option was not there and both the 40.0 remote and my Logitech both no longer work.
It even fails as a paperweight...too light!
What's even more aggravating is there has been no movement on Dish's part for any updates to the problems we've been told they're "aware of"

That's good news. I noticed something surprising on my H3 which has been on H325 for a long time. When bringing up the guide, the small window in the upper right was showing only what was in that area of the video when it was full screen... Not very useful! Then the next day, it was back to scaling down the full screen to the size of the window, as it usually has. I just assumed (don't say it!) that it was the Hopper that scaled down the full video to the little window. But perhaps not.
I saw that a few times. I also had right before a full freeze up and then reboot that all the information showing for the channel, I was on was wrong in the guide info and the program. But only happens right before a freeze up. I continue to feel like mine is getting more stable and fewer problems.
I spoke too soon! Well I had to power cycle again. After the first reboot the screen showed one show the guide said another and the information button said a third show!
