Hands down it would be the vip722. My opinion of course...

I agree, 722. Just remember, though, it's not a dual HD receiver. One HD and one SD output, although the HDMI and component outputs are always hot. You could run a stretch of component cables to another TV for HD as long as you don't mind the same thing on two TV's.

I had the 622 for a long time and loved it. . . but now I have the 722 and there is a world of difference. so get the 722.....I called dish and got an upgrade for free. I just had to speak to someone over the csr. And of course acted like I was going to leave if they didn't do me justice since I had been with them for so long. . but I got what I wanted and dish gets there money EVERY Month!

get the 722 since its the latest and greatest but if you want 2 HD feeds, get 2 612's
