I miss DIRT

Yesterday I decided to add Veteran/Military status to my account for the movie credits.
I previously used DIRT to resolve Dish issues (adding, replacing, equip, account changes).
It has been a while.
I seem to recall DIRT no longer doing this via Sattelite Guys.
So I went to MyDish chat to be sure to have documentable yada, yada.
Is Dish using AI bots for chat?
1st try, chat ended by 'laura' for 'took to long to type message'.
2nd try, I hit enter after each word to not be slow, rep gave me a link to follow to MyDish account page (with nothing about vet/mil), returned to chat page, ended by rep for inactivity.
3rd try. laura again, what are the odds. Laura said I needed to register at 'idme'
And gave link. I am registered with idme, i logged in. Nothing about dish on idme. Back to chat, laura says no need to idme today, anytime within 30 days.
Laura ends chat abrutply.

'Hold please'.
US rep says only need to 'be registered with idme'. Nothing specific to Dish.
And vet/mil has been added to account
