I Have A Weird Request!!!

Hello guys I need your help since Dish seems to keep dropping the ball... I got a new remote to use with my 510 the only problem is there are no keys that work with my 510... I called Dish a few weeks ago and they sent me a new version 6.3 remote, but there are no keys that work my 510... Dish send me a second bag of keys and once again no key for the remote so a third time I called Dish and they sent me a third bag of keys and once again no key that works with my 510... First can any of the keys work with my 510... from what my wife describes the keys go to either 622/942 625/522 and a key that works with the 811, but there are no keys that match up with the 5xx/721 rcvr... If there are no ways to make it work is there any other way besides DISH to get one... After three tries it seems that Dish just throws something in a bag and sends them out... I know that is not the case, but after three tries it is getting to be a pain... If anybody can help me out I would really appreciate it... CC

Flip over the Blue #2 UHF Pro key that comes as the default key with the 6.2 Remote. You'll find the back side of this key is black and says "UHF"

From there, bring up the system info screen and press the "Record" button and you should be good to go!
