When I click on "change programming" while logged into my account on DirecTV.com, I get the following message in red text, "Sorry, but there was a system error. Please try again or call Customer Service at 1-800-531-5000."
Does anyone know why I'm getting this? Note: I am a returning subscriber who re-opened my account. Has this happened to anyone else before? How can I get this function to work properly again? Thanks.
