Ok..so how do customers in your area get them?
If you can, please explain the logic.
HSP providers don't allow techs to have them. How hard is that? We install them but we can't have them on our account. This has been said before already. IIIRC it's been told several times. Only O&O at this point is allowed to have them

Can a national csr even modify hsp accounts?? I know we gotta call Iss to activate replacements after getting sup approval. I'm about to have a 44 on an hsp account but I cheated lol... I had a residential account in my name prior to working in house. I upgraded to the genie myself then called in a service call. Swapped the 34 for a 44. Then put in the paperwork to convert my account to an hsp account. Still waiting for all to go through but my sup says everything will go fine since the account creation and genie activation dates predate my hire date with the hsp. I paid a bill for two extra months just to make sure I had a 44 lol.
