Started having problems the box lagging(more than usual), programs not recording, pictures freezing and channels not playing. After resetting the box multiple times the machine is still basically non functional. The only error code is no Internet connection. Tried 'clearmybox' which seemed to just set the box into reset mode.
Any other suggestions before I try 'reset everything'? Afraid to call the company for fear of magically getting stuck in another contract.
