This download really screwed my HR20-700 up
Can't record 2 shows at same time, says 1 tuner not available
Says 0 signal strength on OTA but they come in fine
both tuners read 96% strength
how do I change back to old software, I can't have this BS

it be great if you sent a report and posted the diagnostic key here so the tecs can see what happened

To go back to national software just follow the same procedure to download the CE only anytime that IS NOT:
Friday, 11:00PM - 2:30AM ET
and
Saturday, 11:00PM - 2:30AM ET

Cocoon told you how to get back to the NR, is it better now ?

Hopefully you did what rey mentioned before you went back ....
You had trouble with a CE, this is exactly what D* wants to know about.
Post your trouble with the key they give you so D will look at it.

The CE program is for exactly what we found tonight, testing new software.
D* will look at you issue and look and see what may have caused your issue, then they will adjust the software and test again and if all goes well, they will release it for the next NR.

fwiw, I have had no trouble with my D/L from Friday night, now running x2D0 on my HR20-700.

Next time before you go back to the national release, take a minute and send the report data to DirecTV so they can investigate what is wrong.

Also, please post the report number. Sorry the CE didn't work for you, that is exactly why they do this program.

HR21-700

no satellite signal.

seems like it is only one tuner is affected. When watching live tv, it flashes on and off. Almost like there is a bad storm or wind. When I check signal strength it is between 93 and 95. After hitting the reset button everything is ok for about 24 hours. Then it starts acting up again.
