I'm gonna let it go on the HR20-700, it's been real sluggish for awhile now, maybe that will help it some.

I wasn't watching my d/l's (two TV's) My HR20-700, is apparently shut OFF now .... and won't turn back on, as of this moment.

Can someone point me to the directions, on how to back up my scheduled recordings? So, I don't lose them all when I update. When I updated to 0459, I lost all but 4 of my oldest VOD's.

You cannot "Back Up" anything, you should not be losing recordings when doing a CE update, unless you hit the wrong RESET option.
