I just saw it. the HR22 does have a larger hard drive and they removed the svideo output.

Check again.I see the S-Video output above the 2nd satellite output.

get this....i called up directv....the guy says it records sd and in demand only...no hd recording....he says the best buy add is wrong....u believe that ?

Sure I believe that cause the DirecTV CSR's don't have the HR22 on their list yet just the R22.
