HR-22 "freezes" - reboots needed?

I've been having issues with one of my HR22's. It seems to lock up or freeze after a time. I get no output on my TV. I also see the blue circle "spinning" constantly.

The only way I can get it out of this is to unplug the unit and have it completely reboot.

What's strange is, it does seem like it's still recording programs as normal.


Does it sound like I have a faulty unit? My other HR22 has been working 100% fine, no problems...

Since the night of the Big Freeze, both of my units, a HR21 and R22, have frozen 3 times each. Neither had frozen before that night. And they freeze up independently from each other, on different days.
