HR-20 issue!!!!!

Sorry if this question has already been asked and answered but I did a search and found nothing. Occasionally while watching tv and I switch from a hd channel to a standard definition channel the picture on the standard channel becomes stretched from top to bottom and the picture is distorted. Sometimes if I hit the menu bottom numerous times the picture snaps back into shape, if not I have to do a complete reset on the receiver. This problem at first only happenend occasionally but now it happens almost every day!!!!

It is a bug known as "Super Crop". If you keep your format set to Pillar Box, you won't see this come up. It is a known issue that should be fixed sooner or later...

When you see this, just toggle through the different format modes.

Another Problem

One other problem with the H20-700 PIXALIZATION........

I received my first unit in March and it lasted about 48 hours before all HD channels pixelated. Could not resolve the issue so replaced unit in Aug.. It lasted until Oct. then it was worse than the first.

Have just replaced with H21. I hope this one works better......
