HR 10-250 and New HD Channels

I just gave my reason not to move away from the 10-250. He may see value in those new channels. It was just another option...save the trouble and stick with the good equipment.

The point where you are dead wrong has to to with GOOD equipment. My 2 HR20s work just fine. They might not have a feature you like, that doesn't make it BAD. They also have features that TIVO doesn't. That doesn't make TIVO bad.

See, i disagree. If a tool lacks a fundamental feature I view as the crux of that tool, then the tool is in fact bad. A BMW with an automatic transmission is a bad car because it lacks a manual. Regardless of everything else, lacking a manual automatically relegates a car to the bad file. Lacking the ability to pause on tuners drives DTV's DVR into the bad category...do not stop, do not pass go, it's just bad as it's a fundamental feature for me.
