How to get LA HD locals (129) plus international on 121?

Currently I have the Superdish 121 for international plus side dish 61.5 for VOOM and CBS HD channels.

If I want to get the LA locals, how do I get both international and LA HD locals that are on the 129 satellite?

What will happen if I decide to go for the 622 upgrade for my 921?

That won't work.

61.5 is the regular dish satellite... 129 is the Superdish satellite that requires different kind of LNB.
