How to get dish 1000 plus for KBS World

I want to get the dish 1000 plus so I can get KBS World on 118.7 with the top 200 with HD. DISH CSR said it's not possible unless I add the Korean package to the top 200 package and then cancel the Korean package after installation. How would I get the upgrade without doing what he suggested since I'm leery of getting hit with some unknown cancellation fee. Plus there's no guarantee that they'll give me the dish 1000 plus anyway correct? I live in San Diego. Thanks for your help.

I thought KBS World was a standard SD channel on all packages. I have the AT100 + and get it. I have two 500 dishes though. And live on the east coast.

KBS is included in the top 200 programming package so that's not a problem. The problem is KBS is at 148, 121, 61.5 and 118.7. CSR said I'm getting a dish 1000 which points to 110, 119, and 129 so that means 1. Upgrade to 1000 plus to get 118.7 or 2. Get an additional dish. I prefer option 1. According to CSR the only way to get the 1000 plus is to add the Korean pack to the top 200 pack and then cancel after installation.

i dont think csr will setup the work order for the 1000+ upgrade. you are better of buying your own 1000 plus.or order the programing and than downgrade it.
