How to get cheapest Opie and Anthony?

I have lots of XM Radios from the golden years of 5 years ago and want to activate one of them for just Opie and Anthony. I'm not sure the "Talk" package includes this channel.

Does anyone know the cheapest way to get O&A?

checking the xm site the only way is a normal package for 12.95

If you call up XM, I bet they'll give you a deal to reactivate a radio for free, and give you either 5 months of service for $20 + Music Royalty Fees (RIAA TAX) or $77 + Music Royalty Fees.

That's for the full package, the one that usually costs $12.95/month, and the only restriction is you don't get the "Best of Sirius" channels. However if you don't care about Howard, Martha, or NFL, you're not missing much there, and it's a lot cheaper for the basic XM service, which now includes several former Sirius channels like NPR.
