Problem is theres no way to know what is considered SV.
sure there is. The FCC has a document (dated 2010 but its from the 70's) that says what county has what channels that are considered SV.

Bold would be SV'd for my location, however when I put info in for SV with the link Chip posted, is said None were out there for me.

How do you guy keep "moving" back and forth. Do you use a phony address or are these legit moves? I was underthe impression that DTV would want to verify the new installation address everytime a "move" is initiated.. I'd be interested in "moving" from my Bangor address to a NYC address to get NYC RSN's
