How long after cancelling premium promo can I sign up for a new promo?

I cancelled HBO, Starz and Cinemax about 2 weeks ago. The promos I had were 2 for 1 starz and cinemax, and HBO was a few bucks off for a few months. I cancelled all three a few weeks ago, and started looking on the web site for any specials. How long does it take to be able to sign up for the specials again?

I think you can sign up any time that you see new specials.
