How do you un-pair a hopper remote?

I have have one of my Hoppers and a Joey controlled by universal remotes. I would like to un-pair those remotes to use with the other Hopper.

If you go to the system info screen (menu twice on remote, or system info on front of the receiver), you will see the option to "un-pair" the remote on the right-hand side
