You must have an H20 not HR20. You can't get DOD without a DVR. That is how they do it. You connect the DVR to your high speed internet connection and download from DTV to you DVR.

HR20 IS a DVR. You MUST have a HD/DVR (specifically a HR2x version - NOT a R15,16) to use DoD (VOD).

If you have a H20, sorry, SOL.
