How do i turn off HD Map Down?

There should be a setting you can get to in the local channels setup area.

Yes, network HD mapdown and HD package mapdowns are different settings found under Local Channel screen.

Menue, 6, 9, Chan Display, DishHD: Disable. Leave local priority in HD.

Yeap, under the local channel setup. Obvious, isn't it ?? I can't imagine ANY reason for it to be under that menu !

Just to clarify, in KAB's steps, #9 is "Local Channels" in the menu.
