How do I mount a winegard 76 to a HH120?

I have a winegard 76 and a stab HH120.

I have mounted the HH120 to the winegard base no problem.

The problem is now mounting the dish to the HH120 unit. It's not going to happen. The diameter of the HH120 pole is much larger than what is on the back of the winegard 76.

Does anyone sell mounting brackets or something to attach the wingard to the HH120?

Think I've seen some resize pole extensions online in various places... if I remember correctly, one of the resize poles is called a skywalker or something...
