Just to update the group, TommyF was indeed able to help me.......I am now quite happy with a new Hopper upgrade! Thanks to those who helped make that contact.

Zach handled something for me on Friday. Got to remember, their lives are lived on Mountain time. And, God forbid, some of them might get the weekends off.

There also was a nasty bug going around that took a toll on our team.
