how do i find 99

Receiver type
Signal strengths on each sat
Did you force a software update?

I'll assume the new 3LNB dish for just 99, 101, and 103 since 110 and 119 weren't mentioned. Check the tilt on the dish. The signal strengths will help diagnose the problem.
